About Gary

Gary Adolphe has 10 years of experience in the construction and building industry in Southern Alberta and is know for his keen eye and informative approach when inspecting homes. Gary chose to become a property inspector because it suited his skill set and he could continue to care for home owners by helping during a stressful and sometime overwhelming time.

Online Booking

If you’d like, you can check out the online booking process by clicking the ‘Book An Inspection’ button at the top of this page. Fill in your address, or a pretend address, and some info. The app will guide you through how easy it is to book an inspection online.

When your clients book online they will receive an automatically generated email which contains a link to an online landing page for the property being inspected. This permanent landing page will also contain the inspection agreement, options for online payment, and (when complete) the final report.

Our Reports

Every Essential Property Inspection comes with a modern online report which is easily read on your computer or mobile device. The report includes information on the condition of the property, any deficiencies, high quality photos and videos which will outline the items inspected. Take a look at the sample report below. There are three different tabs for your viewing preference. For example, click the Summary tab to view just the defects.
